HANUKKAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Happy Hanukkah everybody! Thanksgivukkah has come and gone–and I must say, while pumpkin-sweet potato latkes are pretty good, cranberry-filled sufganiyot are just not for me.

We have some sweet Hanukkah events happening for the last few days of the holiday! There is candle lighting every night at both J House and also at the Kosher-Halal Co-op.

This week is Hanukkah-themed Shabbat–look forward to latkes and Hanukkah songs galore! Services will be led by J Street U on the theme of human rights–which, considering that Hanukkah commemorates a civil war (as we learned at the Who Were the Hanukkah Greeks? Hillel meeting today with Professor Ben Lee) may be more thematic than you’d first have thought!

And last but definitely not least, be sure to stop by the awesomest Hanukkah party ever, this Saturday night at the ‘Sco (with OSteel)!

Oh gosh, I shouldn’t have used that picture–and definitely not on an empty stomach. Now all I want is donuts.
