Hello folks!

Lots of things to look forward to on campus this Purim. It’s going to be a great year!

First up, we have our last round of hamentaschen baking this Thursday, March 13, at 8:00pm in Barrows. Flavors include chocolate, apricot, strawberry, and apple butter, and the cookies are vegan 🙂

Then comes Pi Shabbat, celebrating Pi Day on March 14th with a completely pie-ed meal–everything will be a pie (gluten free and vegan options available). Chicken pot pie, gluten-free spinach pie, quiche, and apple pie for dessert!

On March 15 we have our first Megillah reading, 8:30pm in Wilder 112. Costumes encouraged, and sushi will be served. Hear the story of Esther as you’ve never heard it before! (Well, you probably have heard it before. But come anyway.)

Then at 10:00pm swing by the ‘Sco for our annual Purim Party! Free Pizza, no cover charge, and great performances: The Stock/Lumpkin Experience at 10:30 andJamurai at 11:30. At midnight there will be a costume contest with a $25 Feve gift card for the best/most creative getup–so bring out your wild side!

And on Sunday we’ll have our second Megillah reading at Kosher-Halal Co-op, time TBD.
